Error Message: "Invalid Win32 program"

What has happened is that you've tried to download a file, but it hasn't downloaded completely. Sometimes downloaded files seem to have finished downloading, when in fact they've ended prematurely -- meaning that the file is not complete. Because of this, the file is not able to run as it should. The answer is quite simple -- try to download the update again!
