Errors in your Creatures game

Does an error in one of Creatures games prevent you from playing the game properly? If so, please read this Support CDN_article.

If you're experiencing any kind of error in a game world then you are advised to first try making a new world. Does the error still happen in the new world? If not then problem solved - you'll just need to abandon the world with the error in it. If you still get the same error in the new world then you'll need to consider trying a complete uninstall and reinstall.

To completely uninstall it is advised you run the Uninstall program that is in your Start Menu program group for that Creatures game. After it has completed you will need to delete the actual game directory. In most cases it will be something like C:\Program Files\CreaturesGameName\ - delete the whole directory and then reboot your computer afresh. Then insert your original C3 / C2 / CIE CD and install the game again. Reboot the computer and then try making a new world. If the problem still occurs then it is highly likely that your Creatures game is suffering from a problem that cannot be fixed.

If that's the case then be sure to check all around our Support site and ask in the Support Discussion groups - you never know, there might be someone or something out there that can help you. Good Luck!
