Creatures 3 Grettin Switch

This agent allows you to control the operation of the Grendel and Ettin egg layers.

Important!
All agent files for Creatures 3 require the updated Creator machine which can be found in the Creatures 3 Update. You can easily check if you have this upgrade by examining the Creator machine. The updated version has a new button marked with �X� (this is the �remove� button and will allow you to remove your agent). The original version did not have this button. Please note, however, that you must create a new world after applying the update for the first time as it will not update your existing worlds! (If you try and use the creator in worlds that were created before you applied the update, you will get an error telling you that the .s16 files are not present.)

Grettin Switch Agent File

1. This file should be downloaded and placed into your 'Creatures 3/My Agents' folder. You can now use the Creator in Engineering to inject this new agent into the world.
2. Turn on the Creator and cycle through the entries until you come to the one called "Grettin Switch".
3. Press the inject button and the new component willl appear in the bottom left of your screen.
4. When open, you'll see an image of a Grendel and an Ettin. Clicking on either will toggle a "No Go" sign across the image which means that eggs will not be laid from the corresponding device.

NOTE: This does not remove Grendels or Ettins from the world and does not prevent natural births of either species. It simply dictates whether the egg-laying machines for these creatures will produce eggs or not.
